Consultation on Cultural Services by Lambeth Council

Please take the time to complete this questionnaire as part of Lambeth Council’s consultation on cultural services. The outcome of this consultation will directly impact on the future of your local library service, so your time and support is greatly appreciated.

This consultation is not just for Lambeth residents; whichever borough you reside in, your opinion is vital and valued.

If you cannot complete the online questionnaire (link below), please pick up a hard copy from the lobby at Upper Norwood Library or any of the Lambeth branch libraries. The deadline for submissions is 24th April 2015 so please hurry!

Thank you!
