Local Councillors surgeries in the library

The Lambeth Gipsy Hill Ward Councillors Jennifer Brathwaite and Mark Bennett, are available at the library for public consultations every second Friday of the month from 4pm to 5pm in the Meeting room on the lower ground floor. No appointment necessary, just turn up.

Car Park for Permit Holders

There is a small car park for library members to use whilst using the library. The car park entrance is located at the rear of the building on Beardell Street. Parking permits are available to purchase from the enquiry desk on the ground floor for £25 per annum (no charge for registered disabled badge holders).

Photocopier

The coin operated, self service photocopier with instructions for use displayed on the cover of the machine, is located in the Information/Studies Library on the first floor next to the lift.

20p per A3 copy (large)
The coinbox does not give change so please have the correct money ready.

Local History Postcards & Items For Sale

We have a variety of local history postcards (60p each) and other notelets (60p each) and cards by local artists (£1.20 each), plus an advertising poster from the 1900s of ‘Upper Norwood the Fresh Air Suburb’ (£5.50 each). These are all for sale at the enquiry desk in the lending library on the ground floor.  Why not take a look at our display boards on your next visit.

Fax Service

We can fax documents for you, please see the Charges page for our list of fax charges. Faxes can also be received at 50p per sheet. Our fax number is 020 8670 5468

Laminating Service

We laminate items at the following cost:- A3 size £1.70: A4 size £1.20: A5 size 85p: Credit card size 45p

Advert Board

We have a small board for local advertisements. To place an advert please go to the enquiry desk on the ground floor.
Cost
Up to A5 size cost £1 per week. Up to A4 size costs £1.60 per week.
