Reading Group This group meets on the third Thursday of each month at 2pm in the library. Have you read: We have, and we’ve told one another about them at our monthly meetings. If you've recently read a book that you think others would enjoy or wish to hear about books that others have enjoyed, simply turn up and take part in the group. Membership is free to members of the library except for a small contribution towards the cost of a cup of tea. Meetings have lasted until about 4pm, depending on the numbers of those attending. All are welcome! This is not a reading group where everybody reads the same book and thrashes it to death with literary criticism but a meeting of people who have found a book they like which they wish to share with others.
